Yoga - Goddess Pose 🧘‍♀️

Practice ‘Utkata Konasana’ (Goddess Pose) when ever you have the opportunity, or add it to your regular workout session. This yoga pose will help enhance your divine feminine energy!

As a hip opener this pose releases emotional tension, relieves stress and tension, aids digestion and is very grounding and calming. 

When you feel strong in your Goddess Pose, explore your body and mind by adding some small wavy movement to find balance and strength on both side of your body. 

 

Breath - Box Breathing 🌬️

Known for improving physiological responses, helping to calm the mind, and bringing focus as it is designed to give a rhythmic, even pattern to breathing.

It is an excellent way to reduce your stress and calm down, in addition it also to help control worry and nervousness.

Let's reset our mind together: 

Do like this - four counts of breathing in, four counts of holding your breath, four counts of exhaling and four more counts of holding after your exhale
