Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns under any circumstances. This is part of our strict hygiene policy, and we appreciate your understanding.
However, if your product is defective, damaged, or if there is another issue with your order, please email us at ciao@lajendo.com. We will assess the situation and offer the most appropriate solution—which may include sending a replacement, issuing a refund, or cancelling your subscription.
All return-related requests must be submitted via email and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges
As with returns, we do not accept physical exchanges due to the personal nature of our products. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t fit quite right or issues arise.
Please reach out to us via email with the details of your situation, and we’ll do our best to find a suitable solution—this might be a replacement, a refund, or another form of support.
Cancellations
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. We believe in flexibility and ease, so you're always in control.

Refunds
To request a refund, please contact us at ciao@lajendo.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be offered in situations such as receiving a defective item, an incorrect product, or a subscription-related issue.
Once we’ve reviewed your case and a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us again.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or request a solution within 14 days for any reason under the EU consumer protection law.
Please note that we still cannot accept returns of physical products due to hygiene reasons. However, we are happy to review your case and offer an alternative resolution if your request is submitted within this timeframe.
