How does the subscription work?
Our underwear subscription is designed to make your life easier and your drawer better—no overthinking required.
You choose your preferred style, size, and frequency (monthly or quarterly), and we’ll deliver a curated set of our best-loved pairs right to your door.

What’s included in each delivery?
very Lajendo subscription box includes:
- Personalized undies – thoughtfully selected styles, soft fabrics, and beautiful fits

- A built-in wellness ritual – because self-care starts with what you wear closest to your body
It’s more than just underwear—it’s your moment of softness, delivered.
Can I choose my styles or colors?
You can select your size and style preferences when signing up. From there, we curate each box to reflect seasonal drops, comfort-forward designs, and a little surprise.
We’re working on offering more customization over time—because your body deserves options.
How often will I receive my subscription?
You choose!
We currently offer two delivery options:
- Monthly – for regular refreshes and period-friendly comfort.
- Quarterly – for seasonal restocks or special sets, delivered every 3 months.
You can switch frequencies any time through your account.
Can I skip a month, pause, or cancel?
Absolutely. You’re in full control.
Need a break? Just log in to your account to skip a delivery, pause your subscription, or cancel whenever you’d like—no strings attached.
Can I change my size or frequency later?
Yes! Bodies change, and so can your subscription.
You can update your size, style preferences, delivery schedule, or address at any time in your customer portal.
Is there a commitment or minimum number of months?
Nope—no commitment required.
We believe you’ll stay because you want to, not because you have to.
Join for one drop or stay for the long haul—totally up to you.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes S, M, and L as we’re a small brand growing intentionally and sustainably. We understand that this doesn’t cover every body just yet, but we’re working toward expanding our size range as we grow—because everyone deserves to feel good in their underwear.
When signing up, you’ll choose your size based on our Size Guide (linked on the product page). If you’re between sizes or unsure, we usually recommend sizing up for a bit more comfort.
You can also reach out to us directly—we’re happy to help guide you. And if your size changes, you can update it anytime in your account before your next delivery.
What if my item doesn’t fit?
We totally understand, finding the right fit is important. If your item doesn’t fit, reach out to us and we’ll help you with an alternative solution, depending on the item and its condition.

Are Lajendo products sustainably made?
Yes. At Lajendo, sustainability is a core principle guiding every aspect of our production.
From the materials we choose to how we package and ship, we’re constantly making thoughtful choices to reduce our impact. Our products are made to last, in small, intentional batches, using fabrics selected for both comfort and consciousness.

What materials do you use?
We use a variety of high-quality materials depending on the product and collection.
Our selections include natural fibers and innovative fabrics chosen for their comfort, durability, and minimal environmental impact. Regardless of the specific materials, we ensure they meet our standards for sustainability and skin-friendliness.

Where are your products made?
All Lajendo products are crafted within the European Union. This approach allows us to maintain close relationships with our manufacturing partners, ensure ethical labor practices, and reduce our carbon footprint through shorter transportation distances.
Even more intentionally, we work only with female-owned or female-led manufacturers who uplift and support women in their workforce. We prioritize production locations that respect women’s rights and dignity, and we actively avoid regions where discrimination or exploitation is tolerated.

What does ‘responsibility’ mean to Lajendo?
To us, responsibility means care in every sense of the word.
It means protecting the planet, standing up for people (especially women), and making decisions that are both ethical and intentional. It’s why we produce locally in the EU, use conscious materials, and partner only with factories that align with our values of transparency, fairness, and respect.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Absolutely. We are committed to minimizing waste and environmental impact. Our packaging is designed to be minimalistic, recyclable, and free from unnecessary plastics, ensuring that your unboxing experience is both delightful and sustainable.

When will my order ship?
We aim to ship your order within 2 business days. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your delivery from us to your doorstep.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the European Union.
As we grow, we hope to expand to more regions—so stay tuned if you’re outside the EU!
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes! Please contact us as soon as possible at [your support email], and we’ll do our best to update your address before it goes out.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since our products are intimate and worn close to the body, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.
That said, we understand that things happen and your comfort matters. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help find a solution that feels fair and supportive.
