SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Standard delivery times:
• Sweden: 1–3 business days
• Nordic countries: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 2–5 business days
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day on weekdays.
We ship all orders with reliable delivery partners, primarily PostNord. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking is also available in the PostNord app, where eligible customers may manage their delivery preferences.
At checkout, you will see an estimated delivery timeframe for the available shipping options. These estimates are provided by our shipping partners and should be seen as a guideline rather than a guarantee.
For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs fees or duties apply.
If a delivery is significantly delayed, you are always welcome to contact our customer support for assistance or to cancel your order.
Delivery is considered completed once the order has been received by you or an authorized recipient.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Available shipping methods and prices are automatically calculated based on the postal code entered at checkout.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Orders that are not collected at the pickup point will be returned to us and may be subject to a fee of 200 SEK to cover shipping, return shipping, and handling.
