We've provided answers to the most frequently asked questions about our production, design & sizing, shipping & returns and LAJENDO in general. ORDER & SHIPPING

Which delivery methods do you offer

We use PostNord home or service point delivery, which you will be able to update in the PostNord app when the parcel is on its way.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship to all countries within the EU

How long does shipping take?

The standard delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified and the Nordic countries 2-4 days. Delivery within Europe takes 2-5 business days. If there are longer than expected delivery delays, the buyer has the option to cancel the order by contacting customer support.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

PRODUCT SIZING

What size range do you offer?

Today, we offer sizes S, M, L. Our goal is to be able to carry a wider size range as soon as possible.
A size guide can be found on each product's page.

How does this item fit? (oversized, true to size, etc.)

While generally our items run true to size, there is some variance depending on material. We recommend referencing the product page for the best guidance on fit! 

What size should I buy?

Can I get styling tips or see how you would wear the items?

Of course! Not to brag, but we’re a good follow on Instagram @lajendo. Join us there for styling inspo.

How do I wash these items?

To maintain the softness and integrity of this fabric follow the washing instruction on the product.
Recommended wash is 30 degrees, gentle wash, no tumble dry and avoid using bleach to preserve the fabric’s color.

PAYMENT & DISCOUNTS

Do you offer discount codes?

The easiest way to stay in the know is by creating a LAJENDO account and opting into our emails. It’s free, takes just a sec, and you'll be the first to hear about exclusive perks and exciting news.

Just a quick note: only discount codes sent directly from Daphne (that’s us) are valid. If it didn’t come from our team, it’s not the real deal.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer payments with visa cards, master cards, Klarna pay now, Apple pay, and store purchased gift cards.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

What is you return policy?

We hope you love your Lajendo pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept returns on gift cards. All returned items are thoroughly inspected by our warehouse. To receive a full refund on your items, they must be in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags intact. We do not accept returns on items that show any signs of wear or use.

Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method and that the return fee is as follows.

Can I exchange a product?

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges due to our limited inventory. If you’d like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order to reserve the item before it sells out. In the meantime, we’ll help you process a return.

How do I start a return?

Please contact us via email to start your return -ciao@lajendo.com.

How long is the processing time for returns?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ciao@lajendo.com.

GENERAL

An item I wanted is sold out. Will it be restocked?

Select styles may be restocked based on availability and demand. Some pieces may return in future drops, while others are limited-run.
Make sure to have joined our email list as we use this to inform about restock, availability and drops - so make sure you’re signed up.

Do you sell gift cards?

You can purchase them here with your choice of amount.

What materials do you use?

We are continuously working towards incorporating materials with as little impact on nature as possible and are committed to a long-term journey of offering more alternatives.
While synthetic materials offer unique benefits, they also come with challenges. Their production requires large amounts of chemicals, and they can release microplastics that harm the environment. That’s why at LAJENDO, we are working to reduce the use of synthetic materials in our future collections.

When synthetic materials are necessary, we prioritize recycled alternatives over virgin ones, preferably certified by theRecycled Content Standard (RCS)or theGlobal Recycled Standard (GRS). Our ultimate goal is for our recycled materials to betextile-to-textilerecycled.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Can I order only the top or bottom of the co-ord sets?

Unfortunately, the co-ords are sets that are sold together. Though you can always mix and match later when you own them.

“I can’t log into my account — Help!”

Head to our login page and enter the email address you used at checkout. If it’s your first time logging in, you may need to activate your account—just look for the “Create account” link and follow the steps.

If you’ve forgotten your password (it happens), click “Forgot password?” and we’ll send you a reset link straight to your inbox. Pro tip: give your spam folder a quick peek just in case.

I didn’t get my order confirmation email.

Can I edit my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it starts processing pretty quickly—so we’re usually not able to make changes or cancel it after checkout (our team moves fast!).
