RETURNS, REFUNDS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

30 DAYS RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your Lajendo pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30 day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Customers within the European Union also benefit from the statutory 14 day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

By placing an order with Lajendo, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the return terms outlined below.

Please note that return shipping fees apply. Full details can be found under Return Shipping below.

Prefer store credit instead of a refund? In that case, the return shipping fee will be waived.

To be eligible for a return, your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

 

HOW TO START AT RETURN

If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, please submit a request through our Right of Withdrawal form.

Once your request has been received, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your package.

If you wish to request a return after the 14 day withdrawal period but within our voluntary 30 day return policy, please contact us at ciao@lajendo.com.

Returns sent without first submitting a request may not be accepted.


EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory. To ensure availability, we recommend placing a new order for the desired size or color while returning your original item in accordance with this policy.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Customers may inspect and try on products to determine their nature, characteristics, and fit, as they would in a physical store.

To be eligible for a full refund, all of the following must apply:

• The item has not been washed
• All original tags are attached
• All accessories, belts, detachable parts, and components originally included with the item are returned
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• The item shows no signs of wear, staining, or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect and try on the product
• The item is free from odors or traces of use such as perfume, smoke, deodorant, makeup, self tan, or pet hair
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate items can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Items returned with signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect and try on the product may be subject to a reduction in refund value.

Items returned incomplete, including missing accessories, belts, waist ties, detachable parts, labels, packaging, hygiene seals, or other original components, may be refused or may be subject to a reduction in refund value.

Please take extra care when trying on garments and avoid contact with makeup, self tan, fragrances, jewelry, or other items that may damage or mark the product.

Please ensure the return parcel is securely sealed to avoid damage during transit.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping fees apply and will be deducted from your refund.

Norway: 119 NOK
Denmark: 79 DKK
Rest of EU: €10

If you choose store credit instead of a refund, the return shipping fee will be waived.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If an order is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 200 SEK to cover shipping, return shipping, administration, and handling costs.

Unclaimed packages are not considered a valid return.

If you wish to return an order after it has been shipped, you must first collect the package and then follow the return process outlined in this policy.

 

SALE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS

Sale items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges on sale items.

Items marked as Final Sale may be returned within the statutory 14-day period. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not offer exchanges on Final Sale items.

Please note that return shipping fees always apply to Sale and Final Sale items.

Gift cards are non returnable.

  

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

All items should arrive in perfect condition.

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible after discovering the issue.

We will provide further instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Please contact us before returning any defective or incorrectly supplied products.

Claims relating to product preference, including fit, feel, comfort, breathability, fabric composition, color, appearance, or personal expectations of the product, are not considered defects and are subject to our standard return policy.

Where a defect is reported, the product must be returned with all original tags attached and all accessories, detachable parts, and components included where reasonably possible. Items returned incomplete may not be eligible for assessment under our defective item policy.

 

INSPECTION AND APPROVAL

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

You will be notified by email once the inspection has been completed and whether your return has been approved, approved with a deduction for diminished value, or declined.


REFUND PROCESS

Once your return has been inspected and approved, any applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Where a deduction has been made to reflect diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect and try on the product, the adjusted refund amount will be processed accordingly.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If your order is delivered to a pickup point and is not collected within the specified collection period, it will be returned to us.

For all unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 200 SEK to cover administration, shipping, return shipping, and handling costs.

Unclaimed packages are not considered a valid return.

If you wish to return an order after it has been shipped, you must first collect the package and then follow the return process outlined in this policy.

Customers wishing to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal must submit a request through our Right of Withdrawal form within 14 days of receiving their order.

 

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must submit a request through our Right of Withdrawal form before the withdrawal period expires.

Once your request has been received, we will provide instructions for returning your order.

Products may be inspected and tried on to determine their nature, characteristics, and fit, as would be possible in a physical store.

If a returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for such inspection, Lajendo reserves the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the diminished value of the product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
